This unique two storey villa is located on the right side of the sea-front in Chalki village. It is a hundred years old “neoclassical style” noble house which was restored in the year 2000 and it is equipped with all the modern facilities such as free Wi-Fi internet connection for a pleasant and relaxing vacation.

So close to the water, you can fish from the veranda. A morning swim in front of the villa, instead of a morning shower, makes your day! The villa is surrounded by traditional “island-style” houses, scattered around the picturesque harbour of the island which is called Nimboriò. The clarity of the water around Chalki is astounding, a place that the snorkellers will adore.

The villa is beautifully restored with wooden floors and high ceilings, elegantly and traditionally furnished. Even when you stay indoors you can watch the great blue of the Aegean sea and the sky through the doors and the numerous windows. You can enjoy your evening drinks on the balcony following the big ferry boat mooring, or writting a letter to your friends and family.

The villa is divided in two separate apartments.

Ground Floor Apartment (153 sq.m). It can accommodate up to 8 persons and it has 3 compartments:

1st consists of 3 bedrooms ( two with double bed and one with two single beds) and a bathroom connected by a spacious hall.
2nd consists of a big living room (23 sq. meters) which includes the kitchen in it.
3rd consists of a separate bedroom with double bed, and WC.

Upper Floor Apartment (107 sq.m). It can accommodate up to 6 persons and it is consisted of: three bedrooms ( one with double bed and two with two single beds each), a spacious living room with a kitchen in it and a bathroom

At the outer yard of Villa Praxithea, the clients of upper floor apartment share the space under the tree with the clients of Villa Aristea. All furniture and appliances are brand new and of modern technology. Built by thick stone walls of 50cm and having so many windows is making the villa cool during summer time. Nevertheless we provide electric funs. Cleaning services are provided once a week. Sheets and towels are changed twice a week. Both apartments have fully equipped kitchens where you are welcome to try your hand at – why not Greek? – home cooking !
