Our new property, Villa Aristea, is a traditional stone built house that has been completely renovated in year 2005. In 40 square meters space, offers high quality accommodation with all modern facilities such as free Wi-Fi internet connection. It lies only 15 meters away from the seafront offering a magnificent view.

The restauration was done with selected local materials. The villa has wooden floors and ceilings, traditional wooden doors and windows. In the interior space we used colorful combinations that you are just going to love.

Villa Aristea is consisted of one bedroom with a double bed, a beautiful designed bathroom and a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, where a child can be accommodated in one of the two sofa-beds. Most of the windows have sea-view, as well as the small terrace in front of the villa where you can enjoy your Greek coffee or ouzo. You can also relax and enjoy the sea view while sitting at the outer yard of next-door Villa Praxithea, under the tree. This space is shared with the guests of Upper Floor Praxithea.

Just a few meters from the waterfront, you can swim from one of the nearby swimming platforms literally only seconds away from the villa. Cleaning services are provided once a week. Sheets and towels are changed twice a week. Villa Aristea is ideal for couples, or families with one child and it has air-conditioning.
